Collection
St. Benedict High School Library owns over 5,000 items, including reference books, nonfiction, fiction, videocassettes, DVD's and magazines. We subscribe to two databases: Encyclopedia Britannica & Student Resource Center. Books are arranged by the Dewey Decimal Classification system.  We also have a searchable catalog to locate books. To suggest a book to add to the collection, click here.

Circulation
Books circulate for three weeks at a time and may be renewed as needed. For every day that a book is late, excluding weekends and holidays, students will be fined 10 cents. If a book is lost, the student must refund the library the full cost of the book. All overdue fees and lost books fees must be paid in full by the end of the school year for the student to get a final report card, official transcript or diploma. Reference books may not be checked out.

Magazines may be checked out for a period of one week and renewed as needed. Fees are the same as for books.

Classes
