GIRLS BASKETBALL
Congratulations to the Varsity Girls Basketball team for advancing to the Consolation Bracket Championship of the GCAC White Division Tournament last week. St. Benedict defeated Luther North 33-29 on Tuesday evening to advance to the Regional Championship. Good luck to the girls as they play for the Regional championship on Thursday evening at Willows Academy at 7:30pm!!! Anna Tai Malone scored 14 points to lead the Bengals. Congratulations also to Juniors Alexis Genge and Ashley Krysztopik who advanced to the 2nd round of the 3 pt Showdown on Thursday night!
Congratulations to Junior, Alexis Genge on being named All Conference in the GCAC White.

PEP CLUB BALLOON SALES
THE BIRTHDAY BALLOON SALE will run throughout the school year. If any middle school or high school student would like to purchase a birthday balloon for a friend, he or she can pre-order it through the pep club! What a fantastic way to show your friends you remembered their birthdays!! Buy a Mylar/foil or latex balloon for your friend's birthday! The pep club will have pre-order forms in the Athletic Office as of today!!! Please pre-order all balloons a day before you need them. There will be order forms and balloon sale boxes in the MS and HS Cafeteria. Parents can also order balloons by filling out the order form available online on the MS and HS sites or by emailing Julie Fox at jfox@stbenedict.com. All balloons will be delivered during lunch.
